About Commercial Training

Commercial training is significantly different from academic training because trainers pass on knowledge gained through commercial practice in a fast and efficient manner.

Good commercial trainers are well skilled and practised in key subjects with a knack for communicating knowledge in a way you will easily understand.

We eliminate the unnecessary information you don’t need. In addition, we make your workflow much more efficient. Therefore, you will be job-ready in a fraction of the time.

Training location options

You can book an off the shelf training course or workshop directly in the store, or you can enquire about completely bespoke training which I can tailor to your individual or company needs.

Remote Training

I can train you remotely in your own home or office using some of the latest technology available.

At your office

I can come to your office or a preferred location of yours (provided it is COVID Safe).


I can source a range of training rooms in a few key locations (at an extra cost).

Remote or Classroom

I have been teaching remote classes using the latest technologies for quite a while now, and will also come to you to deliver training (provided it is safe to do so).

Customisable Training

If you want to do something bespoke - that's not a problem. I provide off the shelf and bespoke training courses and I can customise courses to suit your needs exactly.

Small Classes

Most of my group classes have between 2 and 4 delegates and I guarantee you will never have more than 6 people in a full-day class or 8 people in a workshop or modular class.

Flexible Terms

I offer flexible terms and conditions and allow you to change your booking and course for no extra cost.

Great Rates

Buying direct from the trainer cuts out the middle man with expensive overheads and allows me to offer the best rates possible.

Most of my classes can be purchased online in the store with clear and transparent pricing. No need to fill in a form or speak to a salesperson (unless you want to).

All delegates get a free telephone consultation at the time of, or prior, to your booking to ensure that any questions you have are answered and that you are on the correct course for you.

Try Before You Buy

If you're not too sure if remote training will suit you, I can provide a 30-minute taster session for free and I'll help you set up the technology before your training if needed.

Post Course Support

If you attend one of my classes or workshops you can contact me anytime after the course with questions or help requests and I'll do my best to help you.

Simon Pointer - Training Director

I have worked in the digital space since 1996 and as a freelance commercial trainer since 2003.

In that time I have had the pleasure of disseminating my specialist knowledge in web design and development, online marketing and web analytics to 1000's of people and many client companies from many industries and sectors.

I now teach a number of well developed and practised courses in a range of related subjects:
