All candidate ETW (eligibility to work) documents are stored securely.
All candidate data is stored in a secure database for which each member of staff has a unique and specific login. These logins are controlled by our Directors. Data in our database is stored in the cloud under secure European data protection regulations. Candidate data will be stored on our secure database for 2 years unless the candidate expressly asks for it to be removed.
Client Data (Current and Past Clients)
Primary client data is stored in a secure database for which each member of staff has a unique and specific login. Client data may also be stored in our accounting systems and Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM). These systems are hosted in the Cloud via third party providers and stored securely according to European regulations. Logins to all these systems are controlled by our Directors. Data on our database is stored in the cloud under secure European data protection regulations.
General Visitors to our Website
When someone visits simonpointer.com and it’s related domains, websites and subdomains we often use third-party systems such as Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.
